You can see the quoted text at the bottom of this post, but our response is simple shown to the side. Normally we wouldn't address this here on our "happy customers" page, but we have so many happy reviews for this exhaust, it goes to show you can't please everyone.
Here are the photos of how the customer returned the exhaust to us, a signed document from a muffler shop attesting to this, AND the customer's own words posted on a public forum:
Customer returned damaged used product. Paypal gave us back our money.
