Customer returned damaged used product. Paypal gave us back our money. Buyer's Remorse nonsense review.  1) Customer was fully informed of all the details of the shipment of the exhaust - it was a pre-order group buy: https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?2359898-E36-DaCorsa-Exhaust-Group-Buy  - customer was informed at every step how long it would take 2) Customer was told in advance he would not receive a refund if he used the exhaust. Customer returned damaged, used exhaust. 3) Customer even praised the exhaust once he installed it. We have pictures of all of this. Buyer's remorse.

Bought an exhaust for my E36 during their group buy. Exhaust came two months late, fit poorly and droned. It took three weeks of head aches and $90 in return shipping to get my money back. I don't know how they are still in business after years of poor business practices.
